What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We ship with FedEx and Canada Post, you'll be able to select the method you prefer based on the delivery time. You'll be provided with a tracking number for your order once it's been shipped.

Do You Ship Internationally?
We can arrange for international shipping. If you're outside of North America, please contact us and we can provide you with a shipping quote on your items.

Yes, once shipped, we'll update your account with the tracking number for your order.

How do I place an Order?
You can add the items to your shopping cart and click the 'checkout' button in the cart to initiate check-out where you'll provide shipping and payment information.

You can create an account with us to use features such as 'wish list' and to view all your past orders. This will also make future check-outs faster. You can also check-out as a guest if you prefer.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
You can change or cancel your order right up until you receive a shipping notification. This can be done from the 'my account' section on our site.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll be provided with a status update and a tracking number for the order.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help with returns or exchanges.

In-store purchases can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. If you'd prefer, we can also provide a credit that can be used online or in-store. Please note, we’re unable to offer refunds for in-store purchases.

Online purchases can be returned within 14 days of purchase, either in-store or by mail. To start a return by mail, simply email us at orders@novesa.com with your order number, and we'll assist you with the process.

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or the wrong item was shipped. In those cases, we’ll cover the return shipping costs for you!

Condition of Items: Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached, and unused.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit for future use. If you'd prefer an exchange, we’ll be happy to send you a replacement!
