Retail Sales Associate: We are looking for experienced sales associates with a proven track record of excellent customer service to delight our customers, build relationships with personalized experiences, and meet sales targets.
Locations:
Toronto (Shops at Don Mills location)
Pennsylvania (King of Prussia Location)
Retail Sales Associate Job Responsibilities:
- Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
- Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner, and helping them select products.
- Responds to customers’ questions.
- Provides outstanding customer service, and can speak confidently about products
- Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
- Manages financial transactions. *Experience with Shopify platform a plus
- Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing, cash, credit and debit cards
- Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Opening and closing duties, as required
